Tickets

COVID Compliance

You will be informed of the relevant COVID policies and procedures prior to the performance date and any subsequent changes thereof by email. All necessary information must be passed onto the other members of your group.

You must ensure that your entire group is in attendance with you before arriving at the venue.

You must abide by any instructions given by our staff and read and adhere to all of the social distancing measures in place at the venue.

You will be required to wear a face mask at all times in the venue, unless medically exempt. You will be advised to sanitise your hands upon arrival.

You must be willing to submit the relevant personal details in compliance with NHS Test and Trace and agree that the information will be held for 21 days after the performance.

You will be seated upon arrival with your group of between 1 - 6 people per booking. You will not be able to sit with people from other groups and you will be distanced from them in-line with appropriate social distancing guidance. 

Entering and exiting the venue will be at staggered times in order to maintain social distancing between groups. Please only take your seats and vacate them when directed to do so by a member of staff.

You must not attend the performance if you believe you may be infected with COVID-19 or have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days. You also must not attend if you have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days or have arrived in England in the last 14 days and are not covered by the exemption rules relating to self-isolation, or have been instructed to self-isolate. You must inform the theatre immediately if there is a change to your health condition 14 days after your visit.

You are advised not to attend if you are clinically extremely vulnerable or are in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves to be.

Exchanging Tickets

Tickets can be exchanged between performance dates in advance of the original performance commencing.

Requests for ticket exchanges should be sent to [email protected] quoting the booking order number.

Tickets can be exchanged between different performance dates of the same production.

We cannot refund any price difference between ticket prices for different performances.

If you are unable to attend a performance due to a change in your health condition, a positive COVID-19 test result or you have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Track and Trace, then do please contact us in advance of the performance commencing.

If you are unable to attend a future performance of a production, due to continued ill-health, or a period of self-isolation, then the value of your tickets will be returned to credit at the theatre, valid for one year, for a future performance at the theatre.

If we are required by any COVID-19 government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, then tickets may be exchanged, returned to credit or refunded in full.

In Person​ (not currently available)

Bookings can be made in person at the box office from 1 hour before performance start times.

Ticket Prices

Our standard ticket prices range from £10-50 for all performances at the theatre.

Concessions​

Concessionary tickets are available for selected seats upon selected performances.

You may be required to bring proof of concession with you to the theatre, if you fail to provide proof then we will ask you to pay the difference to a full price ticket. Our general concessionary rates are:

  • ​Seniors - Anyone aged 60 or over on the performance date.
  • Under 30s - Anyone who is aged 30 or under on the performance date.
  • Students & Under 18s - Anyone registered as a student at a Higher Education institution or aged 18 or under and in full time education on the date of the performance.
  • Theatre Union Members - Members of Equity, BECTU or SDUK.
  • Unwaged - Anyone who is not in employment and is currently receiving universal credit or equivalent benefits.
  • Access - Anyone who has a Registered Disability or necessary access requirement.

Essential Companions & Wheelchair Users

If you are Registered Disabled and require an essential companion in order to visit the theatre then we will provide your companion with a complimentary ticket. We have level access into the auditorium and are wheelchair accessible but space is limited so we do advise booking as far in advance as possible. Discounts & Promotional Codes

Any discounts, including promotional codes, must be inputed online, or quoted to a member of staff in person or by phone before a booking payment is completed. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders once the payment has been completed.

​Group Discounts

There is a £1 discount per ticket for group bookings of 10 or more people, when booked by telephone on 0207 226 8561. Educational groups receive 1 free teacher/facilitator ticket for every 10 bought.

Re-admittance Policy

There is a strict no re-admittance policy due to the intimacy of the auditorium. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission at the discretion of the Front of House staff. We are under no obligation to offer refunds or exchanges on your tickets if you are refused entry to a performance due to being late or you are unable to attend a performance due to any travel problems outside of our control.

Reselling

Tickets

Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than the King's Head Theatre. Failure to comply will make this ticket and transaction void. If a performance is sold out we will endeavour to sell any returned tickets, subject to availability. If a ticket is resold we will issue you with credit at the theatre, valid for 12 months, from the date that the credit is issued and can only be used for payment for future bookings at the King's Head Theatre only.

Recording Performances

Any recording of the performance either audio or visual is strictly prohibited. The theatre reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.

Refunds​​

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that a performance has to be cancelled, when only the face value of your ticket is refundable. Refunds will take up to 7 working days to process. In any event, personal arrangements including travel and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk and are not refundable by us.
